Job summary

Ymca-of-Southwest-Florid is seeking a DAXKO/System Support professional to assist the Association Director of Membership with managing the Membership database and generating reports for team leaders. The role emphasizes data accuracy, efficient workflow, and user support across the organization.

The candidate will help with system setup, reporting, and training, while troubleshooting database issues and coordinating with DAXKO support when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in administrative or data-entry role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with databases or business software systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to generate standard reports and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying efficiencies and support program setup, rate changes, adjustment coding, discount groups.
• Identify and provide reports for membership and program leaders.
• Support integration with YMCA's website and mobile applications.
• Provide training and support in the use of the application.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and database problems.
• Escalate issues requiring immediate resolution to the DAXKO support team.
• Consult with users to determine hardware/software specifications.
• Troubleshoot DAXKO product-related issues with users.
