Job summary

YMCA of the Cedar Rapids Metro Area is seeking a DAXKO/System Support specialist to assist the Association Director of Membership in managing the membership database and generating reports for team leaders.

The role requires attention to detail, experience with data entry, and the ability to troubleshoot software and system issues, with a focus on accurate reporting and workflow improvements. On-site collaboration with staff is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience entering, updating, and maintaining information in databases or business software systems.
• Ability to generate standard reports and manage multiple tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support membership database management and reporting for team leaders.
• Assist with program setup, rate changes, and discount groups to improve workflows.
• Provide training and support for DAXKO product users.
• Troubleshoot application and database issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow data security procedures.
