Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl’s standards.
• Use approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Monitor and replenish chemicals and supplies; rotate and store properly.
• Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance per company guidelines.
• Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the team.
• Support operations to receive and process product, manage stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
