Job summary

Qualifications

• No retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's standards.
• Utilize approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain inventory of chemicals and supplies and place orders as needed.
• Complete training for chemicals, equipment, and maintenance.
• Routinely perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Use Kohl's tools and technology to communicate with the store team.
• Support store operations including stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
