• Maintain fast, friendly checkout and execute cash handling to standards.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, and manage planograms.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enrollments.
• Support omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in store recovery, in-stock optimization, and AD set duties.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
