• Ability to handle cash and operate POS.
• Knowledge of store policies and sales procedures.

• Educate customers on VOC survey and collect feedback.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram execution.
• Keep store in-stock and well-merchandised, handle returns.
