Job summary

The Michaels Omaha store is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure fast checkout experiences. You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and merchandising to keep the store well organized and in stock.

Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and early mornings is required. You will engage customers in rewards enrollments, support omnichannel processes, and follow SOPs while upholding Michaels values and providing a positive

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintain stock; manage returns and go backs
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; maintain a positive image as a team member
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; uphold company values
