Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Seasonal Early Morning Stocker in Morrisville, NC. This role supports store operations by unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and assisting customers with product location and inquiries.

Flexibility is required for early mornings, weekends, and holidays. The position offers part-time hours and a chance to contribute to a well-merchandised, in-stock store while participating in omnichannel initiatives like BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs.
• Willingness to work early mornings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop for products.
• Complete truck unloading and restock shelves to keep an in-stock store.
• Perform merchandise recovery and maintain floor and stockroom organization.
• Assist with planogram (POG) execution and in-store displays.
• Participate in omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Adhere to SOPs, safety policies and company programs.
