Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a morning/afternoon associate to keep the store clean and safe while delivering great customer service. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, assist with stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed, and greet customers to offer help.

Must be 18+ with flexible availability, no retail experience required, and a pay start of $14.10 per hour. Kohl's provides training and a safety‑conscious work environment.

Qualifications

• No retail experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's standards and procedures.
• Utilize approved chemicals, supplies and equipment for a safe environment.
• Maintain levels of supplies and rotate stocks as needed.
• Complete required training for chemical, equipment and maintenance.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
