Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Medford, NY is seeking a store associate to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain in-store planograms while supporting omnichannel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, are comfortable with early morning shifts, and can engage customers in rewards programs and surveys.

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking and planogram execution (POGs).
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them as needed.
• Support Omni-channel tasks like BOPIS and SFS.
