Job summary

Michaels in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a friendly Store Associate to help customers find products, answer questions, and provide fast, friendly checkout. You’ll support truck unloading, stocking, and store recovery while delivering our Brand Promises.

Key duties include engaging customers about rewards and private label cards, assisting with omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, and upholding SOPs, safety, and in-stock standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate to heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards and enroll in Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Stock merchandise, complete planogram (POGs) duties, and maintain store recovery.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
