Job summary

Michaels Quad Davenport, IA is hiring a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will also assist with truck unload, stocking, and merchandising to keep the store well-presented.

As part of the team, you may participate in Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes, enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label cards, and support store recovery, safety programs, and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise in-stock condition, including returns/go-backs
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Interact with others in a respectful manner; promote company values and be a role model
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
