Fluidstack, Seattle-based, seeks a senior Talent Acquisition leader to own hiring strategy, execution, and delivery for a key business unit. You will lead TA Partners, Sourcers, and Coordinators across multiple domains, forecast headcount with senior managers, and design processes that balance speed with quality.

You will close critical searches yourself, drive metrics, and help build Fluidstack's employer brand to attract top engineers and operators for our fast-growing data-center
