• Installs power distribution units and/or replacement hardware, troubleshooting without disturbing critical infrastructure.
• Implements designed network communications and validates cabling and connectivity with limited supervision.
• Monitors and responds in a ticketing environment, guiding less experienced technicians and resolving issues within SLAs.
• Adheres to SOPs/MOPs, site rules, and health and safety guidelines during on-site work.
