Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to oversee security for data center facilities, lead a team of Security Officers and Shipping/Receiving staff, and ensure safety, compliance, and incident response. You will act as SME for access control, CCTV, and alarms; coordinate audits, training, and client relationships, and work across shifts in a 365/24/7 environment.

This role requires leadership experience, relevant certifications, and willingness to travel to

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of security experience in security roles.
• Experience with access control, CCTV, and incident management software.
• Pass background check and drug test; willing to work outside regular hours.
• Active certifications such as CSG or CPO within six months.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations and planning.
• Recruitment and staff development.
• Enforce security protocols and client relationships.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and training.
• Prepare incident reports and conduct investigations.
• Ensure compliance audits and safety procedures.
• Maintain security systems operation on shift.
