Cumming Group is seeking a QA/QC Lead to oversee quality across large-scale construction projects in the United States. You will develop project quality plans, inspection procedures, and closeout documentation, and coordinate with GCs, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and ensure compliance with drawings and codes.

Required BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture or related field, 4+ years in project management or construction management, and certifications such as

Aufgaben

• Lead QA/QC activities across construction projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, and client standards.
• Develop and implement project quality plans, inspection/testing procedures, and documentation processes.
• Perform regular site inspections and quality audits, track NCRs and punch lists, and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Coordinate with GCs, subcontractors, engineering/design teams, commissioning teams, and client stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
• Review installation documentation, testing records, submittals, turnover packages, and closeout documentation; large-scale projects preferred.
