Job summary

Cumming Group in Richland Parish, Louisiana, seeks a Senior QA/QC Manager for a major data center build. You will lead project-wide QA/QC, coordinate with contractors, and manage documentation to ensure compliance with owner standards and specifications.

Candidate must have 8+ years in construction quality control, CPM scheduling familiarity, and ability to interpret contracts and codes to drive quality results on a fast-paced project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of construction experience and quality control management or industrial Building Inspector experience.
• Knowledge of QAQC CPM scheduling in the construction environment.
• Experience interpreting and enforcing contract requirements, drawings, specifications and codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the project-wide QA/QC plan.
• Establish inspection and testing protocols for mechanical, electrical, structural installations.
• Lead quality meetings with contractors, engineering teams and the owner.
• Manage the project’s quality documentation structure (DWNs, NCRs, RFIs, QA logs, closeout documents).
• Coordinate with site construction teams to align QC plan with schedule and pre-requisites for equipment tagging.
• Verify General Contractors uphold obligations with respect to commissioning and QA program deliverables.
• Maintain warranty program and ensure completion of warranty tasks.
• Participate in internal and external site audits and ensure QA plan compliance.
