Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction quality control management or related inspector experience.
• Experience with QA/QC plans, inspection protocols, and commissioning.
• Ability to interpret contract requirements, drawings, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project-wide QA/QC plan aligned with facility standards.
• Establish inspection/testing protocols for mechanical, electrical, structural components.
• Lead quality meetings with contractors, engineering teams, and the owner.
• Manage QA documentation (DWNs, NCRs, RFIs, logs, closeout docs).
• Monitor commissioning progress and coordinate with construction teams.
• Ensure warranty tasks are tracked and completed.
