Cumming Group is seeking a QA/QC Manager for datacenter construction in Charlotte, NC. You will lead QA/QC activities, develop quality plans, and drive site inspections and documentation to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, codes, and client standards.

You will coordinate with GCs, subs, and engineering teams to resolve issues, review turnover and closeout documentation, and drive corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA/QC on large construction projects.
• Ability to develop and drive action plans, and monitor scope.
• Knowledge of permitting processes and timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of budgets, scope, and schedules.
• Ability to organize document control and records.

Responsabilités

• Lead QA/QC activities across construction projects in compliance with drawings, specs, codes and client quality standards.
• Develop and implement project quality plans, inspection/testing procedures, checklists, and documentation processes.
• Perform site inspections and audits, manage NCRs, punch-lists, and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Coordinate with GCs, subs, engineering/design teams, commissioning teams, and client stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
• Review installation docs, testing records, submittals, turnover packages and closeout docs; experience on large-scale data centers preferred.
• Organize project team processes and record keeping; manage electronic and physical documents.
