Job summary

Cumming Group is hiring a QA/QC Manager for a major data center project in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time role leads quality control and assurance across disciplines, coordinating with contractors, owners, and engineering teams to meet strict standards and timely turnover.

The role requires a strong background in construction QA/QC, CPM scheduling, and documentation control, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance. A relocation package may be available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of construction experience and quality control management or industrial building inspector experience.
• Knowledge of QA/QC CPM scheduling in construction.
• Ability to interpret and enforce contract requirements, drawings and codes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with document control and commissioning software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the project-wide QA/QC plan aligned with facility standards.
• Establish inspection and testing protocols for mechanical, electrical and structural work.
• Lead quality meetings with contractors, engineering teams and the owner.
• Manage QA documentation (DWNs, NCRs, RFIs, QA logs, closeout docs).
• Monitor commissioning progress and report risks to senior management.
• Coordinate with site teams to align QC with construction schedule and equipment turnover.
• Verify GC compliance with commissioning and quality program deliverables.
• Maintain warranty program and oversee warranty tasks.
• Review documentation for completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with owner on all quality matters and site audits.
