You will coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, Test and Quality to ensure on‑time product introductions and scalable production readiness. The role emphasizes NPI leadership, DFM reviews, and cross‑functional collaboration, with responsibilities from design reviews to FIRST article inspections and ECO management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree in engineering preferred.
• Experience guiding products from concept to production in hardware environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design, Materials, Rack/Server Systems PM, and other teams across the product lifecycle.
• Lead Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews to ensure efficient high‑quality production.
• Develop and manage project schedules and readiness timelines for new product introductions.
• Lead NPI processes with cross‑functional teams to resolve design/production issues.
• Coordinate regular design reviews and provide guidance on feasibility and manufacturability.
• Oversee first article builds and FAIs to verify design readiness and production readiness.
• Coordinate ECOs and engineering rework during transition to volume production.
• Validate assembly instructions and ensure processes are documented for quality.
• Ensure final products meet customer specs and quality standards for ramp to high-volume production.
