Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• Proven experience debugging server hardware/software stacks and working with OS/Hypervisors, compilers, benchmarks, and validation workloads.
• Ability to reproduce customer issues on-site and coordinate with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Reproducing complicated customer issues on-site at AMD.
• Collaborating with internal engineering teams to debug and root cause issues.
• Developing, setting up and analyzing experiments to collect data for guiding debug activities.
• Setting up complex test harnesses in software and hardware to collect low-level logs.
• Developing scaffolding software to assist in debug activities for internal and external customers.
• Packaging workloads and customer test cases for internal debug teams to reproduce issues.
• Driving internal debug activity by acting as issue coordinator when needed.
• Giving customer presentations and acting as a trusted advisor to AMD's key OEM partners.
