Job summary

Qualifications

• Willing to work 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain mechanical and electrical data center equipment.
• Troubleshoot facility and rack-level events within internal SLAs.
• Perform limited maintenance tasks (filters, HVAC PMs, rack power installs, PDU, ATS).
• Provide support to Data Center Operations technicians.
• Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed during work.
• Take daily readings during rounds and log data.
• Manage building workflows and spare part inventory in CMMS.
• Supervise contractors performing servicing or preventive maintenance.
