Astreya Partners, LLC is seeking a Network Engineer I to work on-site in Denver, combining datacenter operations with NOC duties. You will troubleshoot rack/spinal switches, handle rack configurations, and respond to incidents while coordinating with vendors for RMAs.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in datacenter/NOC roles, hands-on hardware knowledge, and strong documentation skills. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and stable on-site schedule.

Qualifications

1+ years in datacenter or NOC roles.
Experience troubleshooting rack/spinal switches and rack configs.
Familiarity with datacenter hardware and protocols.
Experience processing vendor documentation and RMAs.
Excellent communication and organization.

Responsibilities

Monitor and troubleshoot datacenter network infrastructure (rack/spinal switches).
Perform rack configuration tasks and ensure network reliability.
Respond to incidents with rapid diagnosis in a NOC setting.
Manage technical docs, diagrams, and procedures.
Coordinate RMA requests with vendors for replacements.
Collaborate with teams on datacenter operations and projects.
Maintain records of assets, incidents, and vendor communications.
