Job summary

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Dell EMC PowerMax/Unity/Isilon and NetApp ONTAP, along with backups from Commvault, Veritas NetBackup, or Rubrik.

Qualifications

• Experience with storage infrastructure including SAN/NAS/DAS architectures.
• Proven ability to manage storage resources and monitor performance.
• Strong hands-on experience with FC, zoning and VSANs.

Responsibilities

• Provide resolutions to Incidents and Service requests for storage infrastructure.
• Investigate and resolve storage incidents and service disruptions.
• Perform RCA and implement corrective steps in production environment.
• Support maintenance activities, upgrades, migrations, and storage refresh projects.
• Participate in on-call and escalation support rotations.
