Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management, manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, or capital project leadership.
• PMP certification.
• Proven success leading large-scale manufacturing growth, operational transformation, or capacity expansion initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience driving material readiness, supply chain performance, and operational scaling efforts.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence across functions and organizational levels.
• Expertise in manufacturing systems, operational excellence, and project governance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing significant capital investments.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-visibility manufacturing growth initiatives to scale capacity and competitiveness.
• Establish world-class material readiness and supply chain execution processes for scalable manufacturing.
• Drive end-to-end execution across Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Lean/CI, HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition with senior leadership partner.
• Own project planning, execution, risk mitigation, change control, stakeholder alignment, and value realization.
