You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinating across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Lean, HR, and Finance to enable a 5x production ramp over five years. The role focuses on material readiness, supplier performance, risk management, governance, and capital investments, with heavy interaction at the executive level.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management, manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, or capital project leadership.
• Proven success leading large-scale manufacturing growth or capacity expansion initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale manufacturing growth initiatives to enable a 5x increase in operational output over five years.
• Own end-to-end delivery, including planning, risk mitigation, change control, and governance.
• Partner with senior leadership to establish growth roadmaps and resource requirements.
