Job summary

General Dynamics - IT is seeking a senior Technical Lead for datacenter deployments at Offutt AFB, NE. You will direct staging, imaging, and rollout of end-user hardware, while maintaining security and auditing procedures.

The role requires TS clearance, ITIL certification, and extensive hands-on experience with hardware diagnostics, firmware flashing, and secure media handling. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant deployments.

Qualifications

• Associates degree; may be substituted for additional years of experience.
• Imaging & Software Prep: Solid understanding of OS imaging utilities, firmware flashing procedures, and hardware diagnostics

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hardware staging, imaging, and rollout for end-user endpoints.
• Direct daily deployment activities and ensure quality control.
• Triage incidents and requests using ServiceNow.
• Support DRMO processes and secure asset disposal.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in datacenter systems.
• Perform physical cabling and equipment rack mounting.
