Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an Account Development Manager - Datacenter to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth across mid-tier and multinational accounts. You will develop strategies, understand the product line, and present multi-faceted solutions to decision makers, reporting to the Industry Sales Manager, Discrete.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.

• A valid driver's license.
• The ability to travel up to 40% of the time to customers.

Responsibilities

• Establish clear objectives for each sales call or meeting and tailor materials for decision makers.
• Configure a product and services solution with terms and present to prospect representatives within pre-defined commercial parameters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build external customer relationships.
• Develop a personal network and represent the organization at business sector events.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulatory codes and ensure compliance.
• Participate in training and ongoing education to stay current with technology and industry best practices.
