Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an Account Development Manager - Datacenter in the Dallas area to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth. You will develop strategies to identify decision makers and influencers, tailor solutions, and negotiate within defined parameters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
• 5+ years experience with IoT/IIoT, software and ARR/subscription models.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and IoT technology.
• Experience selling to senior management and executives; demonstrate economic value.
• Experience selling to datacenter clients.

Responsibilities

• Establish objectives for each sales call or meeting and tailor materials for decision makers.
• Configure solutions and terms to meet customer needs; present and negotiate within allowed parameters.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to build external customer relationships.
• Develop a personal network and represent the company at sector events.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and regulatory codes and ensure compliance.
• Participate in training and development; keep up with technology and industry best practices.
