Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to lead AI workstreams on the Databricks platform. You will collaborate with clients and EY teams to design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions, including data pipelines, ontologies, and knowledge graphs.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, ensure responsible deployment, and deliver measurable outcomes across the product lifecycle, in a hybrid on-site/remote environment in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree)
• 6–10 years of AI/DS/ML experience
• Experience leading technical teams
• Production AI/ML deployment on Databricks
• Databricks Certification preferred
• Strong Python/PySpark/Scala skills

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design through production deployment on Databricks
• Build data pipelines and AI solutions at scale
• Collaborate with client teams and stakeholders
• Ensure responsible deployment and quality of AI solutions
• Engage with clients and lead workstreams from planning to closure
• Design and govern ontologies and knowledge graphs for AI solutions
• Define user needs and deliver measurable outcomes across the product lifecycle
