Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6–10 years of AI, Data Science, and/or Machine Learning experience.
• 2–4 years of experience managing technical teams.
• Experience building production AI/ML solutions on Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design through production deployment on Databricks.
• Direct data engineering pipelines and AI solutions for clients.
• Ensure quality, responsible deployment and measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and clients in a hybrid model.
