Regions Financial Corporation in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Database Reporting Analyst to create, design, and run database reports based on end-user needs. You will maintain reports, consolidate data, and support management with metrics and actionable insights.

The role emphasizes SQL proficiency, data extraction, and strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on process ownership and cross-functional collaboration in a full-time position.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field and five (5) years of reporting and/or data management experience
• Or High School Diploma and nine (9) years of reporting and/or data management experience
• Preferred advanced degree or professional designation

Responsabilidades

• Creates, designs, and runs database reports
• Updates and performs maintenance on existing reports
• Handles database administration, data consolidation and management reporting
• Owns processes, reports, procedures, or products
• Serves as procedural expert representing a unit or team on cross-function processes or project deliverables
• Utilizes software to generate metrics and develops actionable recommendations
• Provides support to research teams or management by collecting data and reporting results
• Follows established guidelines and identifies and resolves problems using some independence of thought
• Contributes to workflow or process change and redesign
• Owns regular reporting and process administration
• Collaborates with various function teams to achieve business results
• Adheres to the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Applies creativity and latitude as applicable
