Regions Financial Corporation in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Database Reporting Analyst to create, design, and run database reports based on end-user needs. You will maintain reports, consolidate data, and support management with metrics and actionable insights.

The role emphasizes SQL proficiency, data extraction, and strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on process ownership and cross-functional collaboration in a full-time position.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field and five (5) years of reporting and/or data management experience
• Or High School Diploma and nine (9) years of reporting and/or data management experience
• Preferred advanced degree or professional designation

• Adheres to the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Applies creativity and latitude as applicable

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field and five (5) years ofreporting and/or data management experience
• Or High School Diploma and nine (9) years ofreporting and/or data management experience

Preferences

• Advanced degree (i.e., Master of Business Administration) or professional designation
• Certified in Structured Query Language (SQL), Statistical Analysis System (SAS) and other various Microsoft programs

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
