Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Database Marketing Manager to oversee enterprise database-driven campaigns across channels, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. You will lead a team and partner with analytics to optimize ROI, while aligning with promotions and property marketing initiatives.

You will manage direct mail, email, SMS, and digital campaigns, maintain the campaign calendar, and coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure messaging consistency and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in database marketing; 3+ years of project supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and experience with CRM or database tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns including direct mail, email, SMS, and digital.
• Supervise a team and coordinate with the Database Marketing Analytics Manager to measure ROI.
• Maintain enterprise campaign calendar and align with promotions and loyalty initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance in campaign lists and file handling.
