Infosys is seeking an Infrastructure Project Lead 2 to guide complex DB2-based infrastructure programs for US clients. You will define objectives, manage budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure systems.

The role emphasizes hands-on DB2 LUW administration, HADR/DR planning, performance tuning, scripting with Python and Ansible, and collaboration across teams to drive IT transformations in telecom, media, and technology sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Will consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates for alignment and transparency.
• Drive process improvement by reviewing deliverables and applying IT infrastructure methodologies and tools.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for successful outcomes.
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation.
• Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
• Plan resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and foster team development.
• Lead scope changes and manage client requirements with proper estimation, approval, and contracts.
