Job summary

Description Summary: We are seeking an experienced MongoDB Consultant to lead the administration, support, modernization, and security governance of the organization's MongoDB environment. The consultant will be responsible for managing self-hosted MongoDB Enterprise clusters, administering MongoDB Ops Manager, driving database migration initiatives from legacy Community Edition deployments to MongoDB Enterprise, and implementing security and compliance controls aligned with industry best practices and CIS benchmark standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in MongoDB architecture, high availability, disaster recovery, performance tuning, automation, and database security within enterprise-scale environments.

Responsibilities align with ongoing MongoDB upgrade, migration, Operations Manager, backup, and security initiatives.
