Base pay range

$45.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3-5 years of DBA experience.
• Proficiency in MS SQL databases and Oracle DBA.
• Basic DBA skills with minimal need for supervision.
• Experience with Oracle VM and AWR reports.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot database performance issues.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator (DBA) with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MS SQL databases and Oracle DBA, with proven experience working on security measures, database queries, and lookups. This role involves following established processes for a current database migration from Oracle to SQL and requires minimal supervision. This individual will work alongside 2 other DBA’s.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage security measures and sign rights for databases.
• Perform database queries and lookups.
• Utilize MS tools for SQL, Oracle VM, and AWR reports from Oracle.
• Analyze dashboards to identify long-running or blocking processes.
• Write reports as needed, though this is not a primary responsibility.
• Follow established processes for database migration.

Compensation: $45-$50/hr

Contract Duration: 3 months, remote
