Working under the guidance of senior DBAs, the Junior DBA will be responsible for ensuring the security, integrity, and availability of databases within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Database Maintenance:

• Assist in database installation, configuration, and upgrading.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, restores, and patch installations.
• Monitor and optimize database performance.

Security and Compliance:

• Implement and maintain database security protocols.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
• Investigate and resolve database-related incidents and problems.
