Job summary

Arch Capital Services LLC in Morristown, NJ seeks a Data Warehouse Support Manager to lead the ongoing support, stability, and performance of our Segment Data Warehouse supporting actuarial, underwriting, claims and finance reporting.

Travel up to 10% may be required outside the country. You will manage incident triage, data quality, ETL/ELT and performance, lead a team of analysts, own the production support model, and partner with BI and governance teams to ensure data reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field.
• 10+ years in data warehouse support/operations.
• 2–3 years in management or team lead role.
• Strong SQL, ETL/ELT, and data modeling knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day data warehouse support operations including incident triage and resolution.
• Mentor a team of data warehouse analysts/engineers across Databricks, ADF, and SQL Server.
• Own the production support model: SLAs, on-call, and incident management.
