Job summary

Arch Capital Services LLC in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Data Quality Lead to steer QA for the Reinsurance Datawarehouse Application. You will lead validation of complex data transformations, manage test automation for data pipelines, and guide cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years in data warehousing and strong SQL, with Azure data platform experience and expertise in Power BI validation. Hybrid work with regular in-office collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in CS/IS/IT or related field.
• 5+ years in Data Warehouse, Reporting, Data Quality, or Data Testing.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation.
• Experience with Azure cloud technologies (ADF, Azure SQL, DevOps).

Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts for Reinsurance Datawarehouse Application releases.
• Design and execute QA test plans for data solutions.
• Develop Master Test Plan (MTP) for data projects and determine manual vs automated testing.
• Manage QA Analysts and review SQL scripts and test cases.
• Coordinate with DevOps to integrate automated data tests into deployment pipeline.
• Implement automated data checks for completeness and referential integrity in Snowflake.
• Verify RBAC and data masking to ensure GDPR/compliance.
• Reconcile Power BI reports against Snowflake and source systems.
• Establish QA standards, procedures, and test environment guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers to address gaps and improve quality.
• Prepare audit-ready quality evidence for business and audit approvals.
• Lead UAT with Finance, Actuaries, and Underwriters to ensure business needs are met.
