Job summary

Health Care Cost Institute Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Data Architecture to lead data asset strategy and ensure high-quality claims data in our warehouse. You will design data marts, document lineage, and work with vendors to enhance reliability and scalability.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in data analytics, 5+ years managing data quality in large environments, and strong SQL skills. This remote-eligible role requires East Coast hours and occasional travel to the DC office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of data experience with 5+ years managing data quality in warehousing.
• Experience with health care claims data preferred.
• Strong SQL and relational design; ability to resolve data issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic planning for dataset assets and infrastructure.
• Own data quality across multiple inbound data feeds to the warehouse.
• Design, build, and maintain data marts to support reporting needs.
• Document data architecture, lineage, and quality rules.
• Collaborate with vendor to monitor data quality and improve architecture.
