Arch Capital Services LLC is seeking a Data Warehouse Support Manager to lead the DW ops, ensure data quality, and optimize performance across Databricks, ADF, Snowflake and SQL Server. You will oversee a team, manage incidents, and align data delivery with actuarial and finance needs.

The role requires 10+ years in DW support with leadership experience, strong SQL/ETL skills, and collaboration with IT and BI teams. Travel up to 10% outside the country is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 10+ years in data warehouse support/operations, with 2–3 years in management.
• Strong ETL/ELT, SQL, and relational/cloud DB concepts; hands-on with SQL Server and Snowflake.
• Experience with Databricks and Azure Data Factory pipelines and monitoring.
• Experience with data replication/CDC tools such as Qlik Replicate and ITIL processes.
• Ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily data warehouse support operations, incident triage, and issue resolution.
• Oversee pipelines, jobs/notebooks, replication streams, and batch processes for actuarial/finance.
• Own production support model: SLAs, escalation, on-call rotations, and reporting cycles.
• Maintain data quality controls and reconciliation across source systems and the warehouse.
• Manage vendor relationships and third‑party data feeds.
• Troubleshoot Power BI and Microsoft Fabric models, datasets, and refreshes.
• Drive automation to reduce incidents and improve observability across data stack.
• Maintain runbooks, data lineage, and documentation across Databricks/ADP/Snowflake/SQL Server.
• Coordinate with IT infra, cloud and BI teams on capacity planning and upgrades.
• Ensure data governance, audit, and regulatory reporting compliance.
