McNeil & Co. seeks a Data Warehouse Support Manager to lead ongoing support, stability, and performance of our Segment Data Warehouse environment supporting actuarial, underwriting, claims, and finance reporting for a P&C reinsurance business.

Role requires managing incident response, data quality, and coordination with IT, BI, and business stakeholders. Travel up to 10% may be required; base salary range is $145,000-$175,000 per year.

Competenze

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in data warehouse support/operations with 2–3 years in management.
• Strong SQL and ETL/ELT expertise across cloud and relational databases.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day data warehouse support operations and incident resolution.
• Lead a team of analysts/engineers for monitoring pipelines and batch processes.
• Own production support model with SLAs, on-call rotations, and release controls.
