Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides training and assistance to users on system equipment, procedures and computer applications.
• Troubleshoots hardware and software problems including operating systems and applications; documents resolutions.
• Maintains contact with users to monitor training effectiveness and answer questions.
• Assists users by creating models, worksheets, data files to support financial or budgetary needs.
• Performs work-site installation and reinstallation of system hardware and software.
• Schedules and coordinates training center activities and maintains inventory.
