Job summary

Juice Recruitment is seeking a Data Specialist for a Gloucester-based, full-time role. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between technical teams and system users, ensuring the data environment runs effectively and supports business objectives.

You'll deliver expert system support, drive improvements, provide training, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement efficient, compliant data processes across learner and apprenticeship data systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in a systems support or data-focused role.
• Strong Excel skills and data handling capabilities.
• Experience delivering training and creating user guidance materials.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing support, maintenance and administration of learner and apprenticeship data systems.
• Acting as the first point of contact for system queries and troubleshooting issues.
• Delivering training sessions and producing user guidance materials.
• Building relationships with internal stakeholders, translating requirements into system solutions.
• Working with technical teams and software providers to resolve issues.
• Supporting reporting by ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Leading apprenticeship invoicing processes and ensuring funding compliance.
• Supervising and mentoring a junior team member and participating in improvement projects.
