Job summary

Jobs in JS is seeking an experienced technical support professional to provide advanced support for data processing systems. You will analyze current and proposed processes, assist in installing new software, and help enhance processing capabilities to meet business objectives.

The role involves collaborating with end users, guiding analysts occasionally, and providing 24/7 on-call support. Familiarity with .NET, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML5, XML, SQL, and PowerShell scripting is expected,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 4 years' experience OR HS/GED with 8 years' experience in software development and maintenance.
Preferred BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
Experience with .NET stack and SQL scripting.
Experience with code repositories and IT service ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

Data analysis to compile and interpret data and communicate results.
System testing for new software, changes, and efficiency improvements.
Provide technical support and work with business units to improve processing capabilities.
Develop or install software and serve as a resource on data processing systems.
Provide 24/7 on-call support on a rotating basis.
