Job summary

Pathways In Education is seeking a detail-oriented data specialist to ensure accurate entry of student information into multiple systems and adherence to reporting requirements. You will transfer data to state and district databases, and work with local staff to fix reporting errors.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, experience with student information systems, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office and data entry systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to additional sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Enter student information accurately into internal and external systems.
• Ensure compliance with reporting requirements from state, district, and agencies.
• Transfer data to state/district systems as required.
• Collaborate with local staff to correct data/reporting errors.
• Manage data acquisition and reporting calendars.
• Coordinate with HR, SpEd, course, and student reporting teams.
