Job summary

Pathways In Education seeks an organized data entry professional to ensure accurate input of student information into internal and external systems. The role requires adherence to data reporting requirements and collaboration with district partners to maintain data integrity.

The ideal candidate will have experience with large data sets, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with student information systems like PowerSchool, StudentTrac, JCampus, or Impact.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office and data entry systems.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
• Able to collaborate across departments and travel to additional sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Enter student information accurately into internal and external systems.
• Ensure compliance with data reporting requirements set by state, district, or other agency.
• Coordinate with HR, SpEd, Course, and student reporting to meet requirements.
• Maintain data acquisition and reporting calendars.
• Work with local staff to rectify data/reporting errors.
