Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• At least five years of related CTE, education, or charter operations experience.
• Experience leading work across multiple departments.
• Knowledge of Texas public education and multi-campus charter operations.
• Experience with data systems, financial or grant controls, compliance monitoring, or comparable operations.

Aufgaben

• Organize required work throughout the year, including enrollment checks, state reporting, certification records, grant applications, budget reviews, safety inspections, and year-end closeout.
• Lead reviews with CTE, campus, data, finance, and operations teams to resolve errors and ensure deadlines.
• Maintain trackers and dashboards for enrollment, program completion, certifications, and CCMR readiness.
• Oversee multi-year financial planning, budget monitoring, Perkins applications, amendments, and spending reviews.
• Translate state and federal changes into procedures for reporting, records retention, data privacy, funding, and CTE operations.
• Lead CLNA data analysis, documentation, and submission and produce the annual CTE report.
